Kim’s secret is to follow Atkins 40 plan. The plan that requires to eat 40 gm carbs per day. As a result, kim has lost over 70 pounds. Now, after her baby body, she feels confident and she welcomes new challenge to take her weight to the next level. She states, “.          Kim said “I did a strict Atkins diet. Strict, strict, strict.” The plan that she had followed when she was in high school. In an interview with WWD she declared amazingly, “I want to feel sexy again, I want to feel good about myself.” She added, “ I love to workout and you definitely have to workout to tone up, but so much of it is how you eat. I had to really stay focused. I had to cut out all the sweets, and I had such a sweet tooth.”
Concerning the nutrition that Kardishan followed during the plan is as follows.

Breakfast : Two egg whites, feta, and spinach
Snack :        Green yogurt, blueberries, and slivered almonds
Lunch :        Salad with creamy dressing
Snack  :       Veggies and hummus
Dinner        Chicken breast, broccoli, and salad

       Besides, Colette Heimowitz, the Vice President of Education and Nutrition at nutrition and dieting company, Atkins, revealed the daily eating habits that Kim swears by. She stated that “The rule of thumb is to keep sugars at less than five grams per serving and net carbs at 15 per serving.” She added that Kim ensure that she has enough protein. Protein keeps her satisfied for a long time, and that allows her to control her hunger.
